　　In order to deeply study the spirit of the "May 31" speech of the Supreme Leader General Secretary and explore the practical plan of "telling the story of China well and strengthening external communication", on August 28th, the seminar on international communication power of the president’s editor-in-chief and the reading meeting of the spirit of the four views, jointly sponsored by the Industry Newspaper Committee of China Newspaper Association and Siguan College, and hosted by Beijing Wenhua Culture International Media, was held in the Gulou Branch of Beijing Siguan College.

　　Dong Shanfeng, editor-in-chief of the magazine "Extensive Reading", believes that the Supreme Leader General Secretary has always advocated "telling the story of China well", which is his wisdom in governing the country from Chinese history and culture, fields and countryside, and the changing international situation and the development trend of China. These good stories need a bigger stage for people in China and the world to read. Therefore, I planned the China National Reading Annual Conference to promote originality and promote reading, so that Chinese people can love their country in reading and let the world understand China in reading.
