On March 4th, Nanchang Housing Provident Fund Management Center of Jiangxi Province issued the Notice on Optimizing the Policy of Using Housing Provident Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Notice). The "Notice" clarifies that the current rental withdrawal amount will be increased to 1,500 yuan per month; The maximum amount of double-paid employee provident fund loans is adjusted to 800,000 yuan, and the single-paid employee is 700,000 yuan.
The "Notice" proposes that in order to further implement the national housing system with both rent and purchase, and effectively guarantee the basic housing needs of paid employees, the Nanchang Housing Provident Fund Management Committee approved and agreed to adjust the use policy of Nanchang Housing Provident Fund.
Specifically, in terms of increasing the rental withdrawal quota, the current rental withdrawal quota in Nanchang (1,200 yuan per month in urban areas, and 1,500 yuan per month in Nanchang County, Jinxian County and Anyi County) will be uniformly raised, and single employees will be halved. The execution time is from March 7, 2022 (inclusive), and the employees who have handled the annual rental withdrawal business in 2022 can make up the difference.
In terms of increasing the maximum loan amount, the current maximum loan amount of housing provident fund in Nanchang City (600,000 yuan for employees in urban areas and 500,000 yuan for employees in single deposit, 500,000 yuan for employees in Nanchang County, 400,000 yuan for employees in Jinxian County and Anyi County, and 300,000 yuan for employees in single deposit) will be uniformly increased to 800,000 yuan for employees in double deposit and 700,000 yuan for employees in single deposit.
According to the Notice, the execution time shall be from March 7, 2022 (inclusive), and the filing time of the purchase contract shall prevail for commercial houses, the time specified in the deed tax payment certificate for the stock houses, and the acceptance time for the commercial-to-public business.
