What are the marking methods of references after the paper?
To cite documents, in addition to indicating the source and source in the text, the references should be listed at the back of the paper. The references at the end of a dissertation are generally arranged in the order of strokes or initials of the author’s surname. At the same time, if the references involve multiple languages (such as Chinese, English, Japanese, etc.), they should be listed according to the classification of languages. The content and format of references after the text also have basic norms and requirements, and their description content and format are as follows:
1. The main responsible person
The person who is mainly responsible refers to the individual or group who is mainly responsible for the knowledge content of the document. Multiple responsible persons are separated by ",".When there are more than three responsible persons, only the first three responsible persons are recorded, followed by "etc." and ".et al" in English. When the author is unknown, this item can be omitted. Such as:
[1] Du Guanghai, Academic Paper Writing ABC[M]. Guangzhou: Guangdong Higher Education Press, 2006:15-16.
2. Document name and version
Literature titles include book titles, thesis titles, patent titles, precipitation titles and so on. The title of the document is not added with the book name "".
3. Document type and carrier type identification
According to the national standard GB 3469—1983 "Document Types and Document Carrier Codes", the following types of reference documents are identified in English capital letters: monograph [M], conference proceedings [C], newspaper articles [N], periodical articles [J], dissertations [D], reports [R], standards [S] and patents [P].
For electronic documents with non-paper carriers, when they are cited as references, the carrier type should be indicated in the reference type identification. Generally, the following identifications are adopted: magnetic tape [MT], magnetic disk [DK], optical disk [CD] and online network [OL]. The basic format of electronic document type and carrier type identification is [document type identification/carrier type identification], for example, [EB/OL]_ online electronic announcement.
4. Publication items
Publication items include information such as the place of publication, publisher, year of publication, or the source of other documents. The place of publication refers to the city name of the publisher. The publishing house must be full name. For newspapers and patent documents, the publication date should be recorded in the form of YYYY-MM-DD. For electronic documents, it is necessary to indicate their available addresses.
5. Starting and ending page numbers of references
The last item in the reference is generally "page number", which indicates the location code of the text. If the text has been marked with page numbers, the page numbers of references can usually be omitted. When the page number is marked at the end of the text, if it is a start-stop page, use a "-"sign between two numbers. If multiple references are made to the same document in the paper, the page number or the starting and ending page number of the corresponding citation should be recorded in turn, and the times should be separated by ",".
