According to the relevant arrangements, before the end of October, Hebei Province will complete the upgrading of the software and hardware of the toll collection system, the construction of related facilities, the adjustment and revision of toll collection policies and charging methods. Before the end of December, the system debugging test with the Ministry of Transport and the construction of non-stop weighing detection facilities at the entrance of the expressway will be completed, which meets the conditions for canceling the provincial toll station of the expressway. On January 1, 2020, Hebei Province will realize the provincial boundary non-stop charging.
