　　Changyuan Meteorological Observatory upgraded the rainstorm orange warning signal to rainstorm red warning signal at 20: 13 on July 11th, 2023: Up to now, there has been precipitation of more than 50 mm in Wuqiu, Zhaodi and Miaozhai in our city, with the maximum precipitation of 73 mm in Wuqiu. It is estimated that the rainfall in Wuqiu, Zhaodi and Miaozhai in our city will reach more than 100 mm in the next three hours, and surrounding towns may also appear. Please pay attention to the prevention of urban waterlogging and floods in small and medium rivers caused by heavy rainfall.

Please pay attention to prevent secondary disasters such as urban waterlogging caused by heavy rainfall.

　　3. Personnel shall stay in safe places for temporary shelter, and personnel in dangerous areas and dangerous houses shall be evacuated.

　　4. Underground shopping malls, underground parking lots, waterlogging spots and other parts should be closed in time. The underground space of public facilities and low-lying areas prone to water accumulation should be closed quickly to prevent accidents caused by rainwater backflow.
